Before the Police Parking/Ordinance Violation Ticket due date, you may:
- Mail your payment to the Gurnee Police Department.
- Pay in person at the Gurnee Police Department.
- Pay online using a credit card (see section below).
- Request an Administrative Hearing.
Hours: Police‑issued parking and ordinance violation payments are accepted 24 hours a day at either the Records Window or the Communications Window.

Online Payment for Police‑Issued Parking Tickets and Ordinance Violations
By clicking the button below, you may pay your Police‑Issued Parking Ticket or Ordinance Violation online through our secure payment site. A convenience fee will be applied. Instructions for completing your payment are listed below.
Note: Only American Express, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted in the E‑Pay system. VISA is not accepted.
Directions for Making an Online Payment:
- Click "One-Time Payment," or login to your account.
- Enter your ticket number and all required information. (Your ticket number is located in the upper right-hand corner of the ticket.)
- Click "Submit Payment."
- A confirmation page will display the total amount to be charged to your credit card.
- Click "Submit" again to authorize the payment. (If you need to make changes, you may go back and update the information before submitting.)
The Village will receive your payment notification on the next business day and apply it to your account.
A convenience fee will be charged to all users paying online.
